dean_290 Neutral Member Join Date: Jan 2007 Car: Posts: 1 Photos: 0	'83 733i gas tank cover wont open "electrical?" The automatic door locks and gas cover has suddenly stopped working and I cant even put gas in the get it to the mechanics... any help would be appreciated

Bear 3rd Gear Member Join Date: Jul 2004 Location: Poquoson, VA Car: Posts: 560 Photos: 0	Gas tank Cver Is the car fully unlocked, a locked car is a locked fuel filler flap as well. You can open the trunk and remove the trim panel on the fill side and manually open/unlock the door, just a arm that extends into a metal holder and you can pull the arm back.
