83 633 csi with problems

im having idling problems and i dont know what to do. i am told that its a electrical problem but i dont know exactly how to get to it. ive changed the idle positioning switch and the idle control valve, and im still having trouble.

LOS is an unknown quantity at this point
Idling problems comes from other sources as well. It could be an air leak or not enough fuel (gas filter) or spark plugs. Hard to tell.
