740iL alpine white buy or not?

I'm looking at a car for my mom and she found a bmw 740iL it is Alpine White with tan leather interior and fully loaded
The car Is $10,500(already put 200 down to reserve it)

telescoping steering wheel

front side airbags
cruse control
power wheels
chromed alloy wheels
ABS (4-wheel)
and a bike hitch
126,794 "gentle miles" and i know they were gentle by how he treated the car and his other cars

the negative thing is the miles and one of the doors for the blower motor(to control fresh air or not)how much would this be to fix?

i dont know man 8,500 is average price 9,500 for really good condition.10,500 aint cuttin it w/ the miles its got.i would say no.but hses a beut looks exactly like mine cept mine has 87,000miles and no nav system.but they are a solid car!
