The one from Zekhausen is a CDV removal kit. It is basically just the outside shell of the OEM CDV with the delay mechanism removed. I just checked and bavauto seems to offer teh same thing, but I am not sure whether that is what you bought, or if you ended up just replacing your OEM CDV with the same thing.

My car had the CDV delete installed when I bouught it, but I can tell you that the shifting dynamics are very different compared to my E36 328i, which still has the CDV.

I really don't know what you mean by "bump and long push."

My real beef with the CDV is that when shifting from 1st to second, I would get an awful jerking often times. That is absolutely gone on my car with the CDV delete.
