E90 Crankcase Drain Plug Location?

I want to change the engine oil on my 2006 325i (E90) and am unsure about the location of the drain plug. I see what looks like a drain plug on the side of an engine case above a small access door in the under-body fairing. And just in front of that access door, in the center of a small, rectangular metal piece that the fairing does not cover is another hex-head nut that may also be a drain. Can someone tell me what needs to be removed to drain this engine of it's crankcase oil and what the other nut/plug is?
