I bolted them back onto the bumper ends exactly how they came from the factory. I only removed a couple of inches from the center section of the bellows. So, in the end, the bellows are connected at the bumper on the forward end and the rear portion remains attached to the side rubber part where the Hella reflector (now painted black) resides.

Sorry if that doesn't translate correctly. It's easier to show you in person. Guess I should have taken more detailed shots when I was doing that.
