Adjusting/aim of headlights

Hi, I just recently bought a BMW 325cic (e46) with xenons and I noticed his light beam was aimed really low. I don't know too much about cars and I was wondering if anyone could be so kind to help explain how to make the beam aim higher. I can barely see on the road and I am very reluctant to bring it to a dealership to do it. Thankyou in advance for the help!
