HELP HUB ASSEMBLY FOR THE REAR? question

Hey guy i had this horrible metal to metal noise coming from the back left of my 318i so upon investigation i ruled out the brake caliper due to i took it off and went for a short drive and the noise still continued - so i am thinking its the bearings? but i am new to owning and working on bmw's could the bearings be the problem or something more sinister at play here? I lifted the car and check to see if the wheel wobbles side to side (this is what leads me to believe it is the hub assembly)and i was correct it does... but i was looking online and the rear hubs didn't look as if they were the same as front so i am confused it just didn't look like it had bearings? was i looking at the wrong parts?

Does anyone have instructions on how to change the hubs on the rear and what tools are needed?
