| my understanding is that the fellow that posed the Q wanted to fit a diesel turbo into an M20. (perhaps because he already has a diesel turbo cum manifold at hand).
It just WILL NOT WORK! period...
N.B. the right calibration and boost pressure plus the necessary electrical interface to monitor its operation will be impossible to achieve. nice idea actually, though.... (if it wasnt for ECU brain, and smog issues that we have to contend with... i might actually be in favor of the fellow and put my 2 cents worth) ;-)
ADDENDUM: if we wuz talking 75 and older bimmer, i'd take a chance ;-)
