that car started out as a 1987 325i automatic convertible. i just ran the carfax on it.
it looked fishy when it claimed to be an m3 and the vin started with a WBA instead of the prerequistic WBS( ALL M cars vins start with WBS, FYI).

its basically a nice clean e30 vert.. with a 5 lug conversion, a body kit, and a s52 motor swap. but isnt an m3. and not worth THAT price when you see it for what it is..
