Ok all water in your car? in the motor there was only water or is it INSIDE your car? if it is inside your car then your heater core might have died if you just mean there was only water and no coolant you water pump might have gone because if lack of lubracation... tha coolant lubes the water pump

Also what exacaly do you need help with? instruction on how to do the job? if so here is some links that might help:
