| Wife says it simply reads "New BMW PAS" whatever the PAS is...
"CARS 24" (Russian site that sells cars) seems to be teh name of teh site. Looks like some hybrid of an M Coupe with something else mixed in (liekdannyb's Echo mixed in). It's not just a BMW site.
