what struts does anyone recommend with stock springs??
Im looking for a firmer ride with the stock springs

I've driven a e34 on HDs and I've also had KYB GR-2s ... I'd say they're pretty comparable as far as firmness of the ride/handling (KYBs might be a tad firmer) ... that said, if you have the money get the HDs as Bilstein is superior to KYB (though KYB is not bad by any means).

People say that internal valving of the Sport and HDs is the same ... how much truth there is to that, I really don't know. Since you're using stock springs, get whichever of the two is cheaper.
