Wipers acting up on my 528I 1997

Hello, I have a freaking problem that is driving me crazy. My wipers are not working right, when you turn them on the stay on for about 30 seconds and then stop in wharever position, you try to use the wiper switch and nothing happen, when you turn off the car, then they reset, but if you try to turn them on, they do the same thing !!!!

I already change the 2 wiper relays with brand new ones from fields BMW.

Anybody had this problem before?? thanks for your time and help!! any ideas??? thanks again !
