cptdoc is an unknown quantity at this point
I have a 2001 525i and the windshield washer fuild does not squirt.
I made sure the reservoir is full.
I also hear the washer fluid pump motor working when I try to make it squirt, but nothing comes out.
I also tried using rubbing alcohol to clean the nozzles from the outside.
Any ideas of what else I could do to get it to work again?
Thanks!

I would take the fluid lines off from pump to washer nozzle (may be under hood insulation) and blow the lines out with compressed air.

Be careful when removing the tubes as they tend to dry out very quickly and become brittle. I disconnected my washer tubing to find that I had broken them at 3 different points. Little did I know that BMW lists the tubing for $215.

I have repalced all of my washer tubing with the clear, flexible stuff from a hardware store. Pretty darn inexpensive also.

Do not remember what size, cut a small piece off and take it to a hardware store for a comparison.
