windsheld wiper doesn't work

hi, i have a 1998 528i the wiper stop working its been 2 weeks but the windsheld cleaner work can anyone tells me what to do please.

Replace the fuse anyway, could have become less conductive.

I would have a check to see if the motor has gone bad.
