Windscreen washer problem

My 523i was recently hit by another car just above the bumper and below the rear brake lights. It has been repaired under the owners insurance, but now the windscreen washers are causing me problems. The right one provides no water and the left one only gives a dribble. I have checked the fuses and none of them have gone ( it does not suggest that there is a separate fuse for the washers. I am going to check the tubes under the bonnet padding today - is there anything else I should be checking?

It could be the pipes are blocked or the washer pump is on its way out, you should be able to hear the pump quite easily.

Thanks for the advice Marti - it was the pipe connection under the bonnet padding which somehow had become disconnected. The washers work perfectly now. Thanks Ian
