What Is A Good Price For This '99 528i?

I have the chance to buy this car from a family member. It is a 10/10 on the condition scale for a '99. No dings, no curb rash, interior is excellent. Probably one of the nicest '99s around. I'm a long time car lover, but never owned a BMW. I've looked at KBB at they say the PP value is 18,340. Any thoughts on what a good deal would be?

Miles?

If it's as clean as it looks and has low miles, I personally don't think Kelley is too far off. Check Edmunds as well but a car like that (with low miles) is a pretty rare find IMHO\
