What are 540I 6 Speed parts worth

I have a 540I 6 speed it needs a motor and some a hood and some other parts what would the rest of the car be worth parted out? Any helps maybe offers would be great guys im trying to see if it is worth fixing or parting out.

Check with your local wrecker to see what they will charge you for the parts you need. Then do the maths, do you like the car, or are you ready to move on?
Can you afford to fix it up and then maintain it?

I would be interested in the ^ speed goodies(pedels and what not) If it is an e39(late 90's early 2000's)

It is a 2000 540I with the 6 Speed the interior is tan and the it is dark green I have the multi spoked deep dish rims the Transmission is good rear end doors etc just no hood Bumper or motor
