Y all of a sudden does the lock on the passenger rear door not wanna move? I cannot open the door at all the lock is immovable? What could cause this? My driver door did it once when it rained but hasn't since. THANX.

I have the same problem in my E36, but I only use the driver door so don't care for the others.

Try Removing the door panel and see what's going on, something stuck or jammed maybe.

MY E34 did the same thing and the door lock actuator was bad. I replaced it and it works just fine now.

Yea but I cannot even manually open the door to take off the panel to see whats going wrong. How do i open it?

What is happening is the actuator is bad and wont move. It is attached to the door lock, not allowing it to move. The way I did it (do at your own risk), is roll down the window, grab onto the lock with a pair of pliers and pull. It was hard, but mine came up, I ruined the plastic lock part that sticks through the panel, but I got it open. Then You can take the door panel off and replace the actuator. The best I found was like 140 bucks at my local import parts house.
