I have a 2003 530i with 57,000 miles. have had recurrent water leak problem due to rear door panel seals according to dealer. The car is just out of warranty. I have another water leak (the first one and second were "fixed" under warranty) with accompanying airbag control failure and corrosion on contacts for phone and electrical junction box in right front floor area. the new leak, according to dealer, is due to clogged drain in AC box. I think this may have been a problem for some time due to the level of corrosion and also wonder how the debris could have entered the AC box to begin with. I am going to fight to have them cover repairs ($1,900 estimate). I was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems or can offer any advice.
