Very Poor Customer Service In Canberra, Aust

For those in Canberra, Australia.

I just experienced really poor quality service when talking to Anthony Costello Automotive in Fyshwick, Canberra. He refused to give me price for parts, and then he told me to go to BMW because he couldn't be stuffed helping me.
Guess where I WON'T be going to get any work done on my 535i.

Sorry to hear of your row with Costello. I guess the name gets to be too much for him sometimes, eh? :P

Seriously, we need more Aussie participants on this forum. As you can tell from the lack of respondents to your rant, there probably aren't many on here from Australia, but that means more of us are probably be interested in hearing some more from you about life with a BMW down under!!
