| problem - battery not charging. Bought a new alternator - still no charge. Checked voltage at D+ with key on and only get about 1.8 volts. (weird thing is if I disconnect the wire from the alternator, I then get 12 volts. This is why I bought new alternator as I figured short was in alternator).....anyway...
so now I am thinking the unloader relay as the battery light is on when I turn the key on. Where do u buy the unloader relay ? I checked a few sites and could not find it. Is it a walk in and buy item at stores like autozone ? I am thinking as it has the 6 prongs it is a special order item, but I do not know what to order...
