Two Questions...

First, I keep reading about being able to manually set your blower for the a/c. It's suppose to run on high only or something. My question is how do u get it to turn on? is setting the fan on high suppose to trigger it to run?

Second question is where do I find the fuse for the cruise control?

the car in question is an e39 97 528i
