They're the proper HELLA upgrades - basically these are the same lights as fitted to the 2000-2003 5er's, and in my mind the ONLY ones you should go for (there's a lot of cheap tat out there). Doing a price conversion though they seem very expensive, I can get them for around £215 (US$393) here and things are usually much cheaper in the states/canada.
