Hahaha...don't fall for that scam! I remember Consumer Reports tested that and it's a scam. You won't get 20-35hp with $70!!! Even if you get a chip for a couple hundred dollars, don't expect that much hp gain.
Popular Science had a piece on the various gizmos like the turbonator and said they are all just gimmick's that don't produce the results they advertise.
