Because BMW dealershiups are more expensive it sux. But they will do a good job and do it right. If you dobnt go to a bmw dealership. Make sure the mechanic is a BMW certafied guy.

there's a place right off kings hway on clarendon in brooklyn...that fixes rims....my girlfriend hit a curb in c320 (or c230 i dont rememebr) kompressor coupe and broke piece of the rim off...we bought a new rim for close to $300 from the dealer but later found out that we could have went there and got it fixed for $50.....the rim was broken...as in a piece was broken off and on the road somewhere.....i've heard good things about them...but never seen any actual work

There is a BMW dealership in phoenix, there parts department has a lot of stock rims in stock. I got a new rim from them for less then half of the price of the local dealership. They were used maybe 300 miles or so. try them out and they will ship it right to your door.

actually -- i found the place after calling 1001 places. I went there and had my rim fixed. Took pictures and will do a writeup on my site asap

took 20 minutes and they did a very good job.
