Lorrin1 is on a distinguished road
Strange Cold Weather Problem

When the weather gets down to about 35 degrees or less, the power windows on our 1992 525i stop working and the windshield wipers will only work on high. Precipitation need not be present. Problem usually disappears after 30-45 minutes of running. Any ideas?
