Steering Wheel Vibration...

Hello everyone! My question is, when i'm driving and reach the speeds of 40-50mph, I start to feel my steering wheel vibrate. It's not a strong vibration, but enough to irritate the hell out of me. I have 18's on 245/40/18 toyo zr tires. Also, I had an alignment done, but still notice that vibration. When I took my car to the dealership to get inspected, they said my thrust arm bushing, and rear ball joints could use some replacing. Would those things in any way affect the vibration I feel in my steering wheel? Also, 528i's in general underpowered? It seems my car is, but maybe im just being paranoid. Please help. :)
