hi does any one know how to get the rear speakers and radio out of a bmw 523i (2000 model) because me and my dad failed to get them out

hi i do not think it is the speakers becaues it has a nokia phone kit in it and i think when it was put in they forgot to put the wire back in so what i would like to know is how do i get the Radio out? it is a bit like this one in the pic

because if i sit in the middle the life speaker works ok but the right one doe's not work at all
