Speaker Replacement for 520 SE Touring

I have inherited my wife's 1997 520 SE Touring and plan to use it for the next year only. The one thing that I'd really like to change is the standard speaker system (especially as I have just given up my 2002 325 Ci with Harmon Kardon).

I know there have been posts about 5 series systems, but I couldn't find any that mentioned the Touring. Are there any manufacturers that do a straight replacement set? If not are there any pointers as to the standard speakers' specifcations (physical sizes and ratings etc.)?

It'll be tough to find replacements for all of the speakers. if the stocks are in good condition then just hook up a good quality amp to them. if the speakers are damaged then replace them. i know the e34 main speakers are 6 1/2 inches, so they should be easy to replace.
