Hi Guys, I'm new to this forum not sure if this has already been asked, sorry if it has.
I have come to the conclusion that the stock speakers in my 1996 E39 523i are shitty and looking to upgrade. I currently have kenwood headunit and cd stacker and looking to upgrade my whole system, (headunit, speakers, tweeters, sub, amp). I don't have DSP installed and was wonder what speakers are good out of kenwood, alpine or pioneer that will fit straight into the sockets. I have 6 stock speakers working, 2 midbase front door, and 2 rear deck speakers and 2 front door mirror tweeters, there is also 2 other tweeter spot on front and back door (4 total).
I need to stick with Kenwood headunit other wise my stacker wont work, but for everything else, what is advised? My budget is around $1000 installed total for the lot.
So is it possible to fit aftermarket (Kenwood, Pioneer, Alpine) stuff straight into my car without modifying, don't want to cut larger holes for speakers or anything. Is it possible to get all speakers up and running ? 2 rear speakers, 2 front door speakers and 6 tweeters all up with sub in boot? PLZ HELP SUGGESTIONS??? What size do each speaker need to be then?
Would be greatful if someone could suggest package for under/around $1000 most likely going to be bought and installed at JB Hi-Fi. To consist of
- Subwoofer
- Amplifier
- 4 x Speakers
- 6 x tweeters if possible to hook all up
-Best Kenwood bluetooth Headunit or a good price on the Kenwood bluetooth Nav Touchscreen.
-Kenwood CD Stacker (Already Got)
Also what light bulbs do i need to replace front driving lights, high beam, fog lamps? H3, H4, H7??? Want to swap to NARVA Ultra Blue but unsure which size will fit?
Any help or suggestiong would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks Guys.
