Some vibrations on my gearbox shift! What does these mean?

Well guys i bought my car recently!
Its a 528i touring E39 model from 98 with almost 230000kms and manual gearbox.

I've done almost 500 kms and i am feeling some vibration coming from the gearbox shift...when parked and also driving....i feel some little vibration....noticeable one...when looking at the gearshift

What means these symptoms? Is it normal or not ?

Could be:

1. Gear or engine mounting requires new.

2. Propshaft check joints.

Yes, it's connected to a gearbox and a car, both of which are moving. Are you really expecting it to stay stationary?
