| sloppy suspension
181k miles. i am assuming most all parts original. previous owner didnt maintain the car .. just fixed when broken. id like to resolve all of that by "restoring" the finer points of my newly aquired 90 535i.
the steering is just loose and sloppy. not to the point where i dont want to drive it ... i just dont want to drive it too hard because it is not as responsive as it should be. i do know the right outter tie rod needs to be replaced before inspection .. but other than that .. im open to suggestions on which parts to check/service/replace/upgrade.
yes it is kind of vague .. but i dont know this car well enough yet. i will elaborate if needed. but replacing parts to stiffen the handling is pretty much what i am going after, i just want to do the weakest link first, and so on
