Slight Vibration (Left/Front Wheel)

Of lately I've been feeling.......yes feeling a slight thumping vibration through the floor board as I slow down. I dont want to assume that its coming from my left front wheel, but I can feel the vibration go fast or slow as the car drives. I feel it more when I slow down or if making a slow left turn.

Does anyone have an idea on what it could be?

I have had this with my car as well. Dose your car start shaking around 65 to 80kl, or when you slow down. If so mind did to. What i did is take it to the mech and got him to do a wheel alinement. Sorry cant spell LOL

But after he did that i did not have any problems. So try that and see if it works. I paid 120.00 to get it done. Hope that helps.

Is it worse when you use the brakes?

Does the steering wheel shake when you use the brakes?

Is there vibration at speed... 50mph... ? 60mph... ect?

What is the condition of your tires?

If none of those result in something worn or are bad....

Jack the front of the car up... and try wobbeling your wheel back and forth... if it moves at all... your wheel bearings are bad.

Sounds like a off balanced wheel or a brake problem to me.

Thanks guys............My tires are in excellent conditions. I do need my wheels ballanced; but I dont think I need and alignment....the car rides straight. After the ballancing I will check my bearings.....its sounds like it could be the problem; everything else(brakes,tires) are ok.

I do notice that I feel the soft thumping vibration on slow left turns....but I will update after the ballancing.

Front left wheel is bent........source of the noise. Moved it to the back and the noise stopped.

Wondering also if the bent wheel will mess anything up in the rear or period?
