Shop says 93 E34 caster cant be adjusted

Just had allignment checked at local Good year shop. Looks like the caster is off a little, and they say it can't be ajusted. Is that right? If so, now what?

If castor is off, I'd say it's effectively been "adjusted", which would have to be reversible. I guess they don't have the right tools.
