So I picked my new - to me - 528i car up today and I have a confession to make. I really shouldn't have. I volunteered for a study - all of you with heart burn should thank me. I had an endoscopy this morning which means I was knocked out but I couldn't resist picking up the car at 2:00 PM this afternoon any ways. The consequence was I wasn't firing on all 6 cylinders when the great sales chap I had - Heinze - was explaining everything to me. There really are some great sales guys out there.
While I was still picking my jaw up from the floor after he opened the trunk and pulled down the tool case lid and showed the tools to me, he mumbled something about he didn't want to put his hand in further into the trunk or the alarm would go off. Now I was still a little "under the influence" from the morning drugs from the endoscopy, but what he said didn't make any sense to me. By the way, great tool kit! Now the doors were already unlocked and the trunk was open, why would the alarm still go off? Or did I miss something in translation?
