1991 BMW 535 5-speed - $8500
Turbocharged by TCD. 9 lbs of boost. Makes approx. 300 hp at the wheels, and 290 footpounds of torgue. MLS Headgasket and Head Studs. Ceramic coated turbo housing and exhaust manifold. 30 lb fuel injectors. 17" Borbet wheels with pirelli tires (225s). Lowered on Bavarian Autosport suspension. In dash flip out DVD touchscreen. Hardwired for a Valentine One Radar detector. 740i front brakes and rotors. 2 1/2" Muffler is nice and loud. Replaced in the last 20k miles include: radiator, water pump, thermostat housing, all hoses, rear brakes. Comes with a ridiculously big intercooler that I have not yet put on the car. Lots of paperwork, all work done at Strictly BMW in bellevue.
Fast, Fast Car. I have personally buried the speedometer at 160mph. Stops very quickly, due to the larger brakes. Comfortable, clean ride. Put the intercooler in, turn the boost up to 12 or maybe 14 lbs, and perhaps a stand alone engine management system, and this car will make well above 300 hp at the wheels. Come drive it.
