runs like chit man

i have a 98 528i love the car but hate it to the problem i have with mine is it runs good then rough idle and acts like its going to die try to accel and it acts like it dont want to go any where to car foo and start it back up runs fine for awhile then runs rough again checked for codes had 305 cylinder #5 misfire but it is not cylinder #5 it is #4 i had this problem 3 yrs ago checked it over found the #4 injector wasnt working which is also caused by bad coil pack.now if a coil pack goes out it turns the injector off for the cylinder with bad coil pack.ive checked maf hooked up and diconnected runs the same rough idle.i have new plugs and a new coil pack on cylinder 5.im just wondering if the pcm is going bad or if by chance that #4 is bad to or if it something else i should look at if anybody has any suggestions please drop me a line

Check if you have any vacuum leaks, or cracks in the intake ducting.
