I'm looking for a reputable shop that werkz on bmw's (i have a 95 525i)....I think I need new rotors ( steering wheel shakes aggressivly when braking (45-70 mph area) I live in Charleston (so anywhere around there (west ashley, mt pleasent area ok too)

If it only happens with medium pressure on the brake pedals, I can almost guarantee that it's your thrust arm bushings and not rotors. If it shakes when you're braking hard and just barely touching the pedal, then yes, it's rotors.
Just sayin'. Read up on it; shakes around 50-60mph and under light to medium force braking are typical of thrust arm bushings on e34s.
