Rims, what do you guys think?

hey I had this guy at the shop suggest i switch my rims, what do you guys think? I already decided to keep my current rims; I love the star spokes but i would still like to hear what you guys think?

Not black, car's too docile for rims that look that aggressive.
Would look great in OEM polish though.

Thanks for the feedback...by OEM polish, do you mean the same star spoke but with a chrome finish?

Not chrome, polished aluminum.
Or not even polished, they probably came from the factory with just a clearcoat over the bare metal. I think that would look better. They're very cool rims.

I think that is what i have right now...see attached pics...are these the ones? If they are great I am glad I stayed with them...they are the same rims you see behind the black ones in the first picture...i had placed a tire with the black rims just next to the silver/grey wheels so it looked like they were installed to give a better picture of how they would look

...on my first 5er and I ditched 'em for these...

First picture is the bone stock 5er, 2nd pic is with the new satin rims, and the third pic is a wheel and tire closeup.

A set of M parallels would look good on that car as well... or maybe something in gunmetal...

Right, yeah, basically that finish. I think those are actually painted, so not exactly like that, but close. And I was talking about that finish on the black wheels.

i chose to stay with the star spoke wheels the car came with...if I feel the need to change later then i will explore the mesh-like wheels
