mrimark is an unknown quantity at this point
My interior door handle (the silver plastic handle, drivers side) snapped off today! I have a 1998 528i. Has anyone replaced theirs yet? Looks like
a small screw cover in the black recessed part behind handle.
Thanks for any help!

devo528iA is an unknown quantity at this point
same damn thing happened to me 2 days after purchase of the car.

simple to fix, might take a minute or two, 30 - 40 dollars.

i went to my bmw dealer and paid 30, got a brand new part.

take out the screw, the handle is now loose...

get the cable that is attached to it off . . . then just

repeat opposite for instalation.

it's really simple, once you've seen it for yourself.

good luck ! (even though you won't need it)
