Removal of door panel, 520i 2002 model

How do I remove the door panel on the front door (drivers side)? I have only found one screw by the door handle. Need to fix a broken el window.
Where are the screws and clips located? Detailed help will be much appreciated!!!!

Also, I have a very specific sound in the engine around 2000rpm's. It comes when I increase speed and always around 2000. It sounds like metal is held against a rotating part. The local BMW dealers have never heard this before.
They say it is nothing to worry about but it sounds like something is seriously wrong. Any similar experiences?

Not sure if you ever found the source of the noise. I had a similar issue which BMW could not find. It turned out to be a cracked bracket on the exhaust system. At about 2000 rpm it would vibrate - drove me crazy until my local mechanic found it. I have not been back to BMW since then.

Did you ever get any direction on door panel removal? I need to remove my door. I had a smash and grab on the window and the repair guys left some glass pieces in the door that rattle. What a pain.
