I have the rain sensing wipers and I find that even when turned to the lowest setting on the wiper control they are still too sensitive for my taste (they wipe too frequently).
Is there a way to reduce the sensitivity or simply convert them to a manual intermittant set up?
I had the same problem on my E65 745. I tried a few things, but what seemed to work pretty well was actually RainX. The difference is not huge, but was defenitely noticable. I'd give that a try. Just spray a layer or two over the sensor on the windshield.
