Radiator removal !

Hi,
Any one can give me a hand in how to remove the radiator and the fan plastic cover infront of the radiator of a BMW 520i e39.The cover and the radiator are loose, but could not take them out because the fan is keeping the plastic cover to be removed.
What shell I do?
Thank you before hand.
Best regards to all,
Buzuzih
