Angry Problems with my 5 series

I currently have a problem with my E34 M30 535i car(Automatic and electric trottle), while on idle, the car suddenly goes off, its so frustrating. when its engaged on gear, and i step on the brake, the car goes off too even when its sometimes on neutral. please can some one help solve this problem. whenever i engage it on gear, i have to step on the accelerator so it doesn't go off.

Oh yea.....I dont have a link on the e34....I would start by cleaning the ICV (idle control valve, which you do with carb cleaner.
