Problem with ABS/DSC module

I have some trouble with the ABS/DSC on my 540 -99.
It started with all three warning lights began to shine and when I tried to read fault codes there was no connection with the module. IFH-0009 (All other modules works)

I changed my module to a "new" one but the same problem still..
The number of the "new" module is 0 265 950 002 and the old one 0 265 950 001. As I understand this isn't a problem because 002 is a upgrade module of 001.

I have used INPA, Carsoft, DIS, NCS Expert, SSS Progman and OBD2-cable to read fault codes.. Works fine with all other modules.

Why can't I connect to the ABS/DSC module?

next module down the line defective,problem down the wiring.check for OUTPUT of the abs module, on the next module most likely an interlink(general module) to the other modules. happy hunting and good luck.
