PDC Error

My PDC is just making this one long beep when I put the car in reverse. I know this means there is a fault, does anyone know if this indicates an error with the sensors, controller box or maybe the wiring?

it indicates a problem with any of the above, but most often a sensor has failed...take the car in and have the codes read out to determine what failed.

Thank you I'll have to do that, thought I could safe some $ by just getting the part I need.

I would just hate to see you throw money and parts at it untill the problem goes away. I've seen that all too many times, they end up spending more trying to save more often than not.
