No high or low beams.

Please can someone help! I have a E39 2002 and the high low beams do not work? I also get no light on the dash to show it coming on or off? I have checked the bulbs. I have also spoken to a repairer of LCMs and he advises me that its not the LCM. I have also changed the stalk. All other light work fine its just the high low beam. I am lost as i cannot get a MOT to drive it. please can someone help?

E39 fuse box is behind the glove box if I remember correctly.
