I was looking for a 01'540I with 9500 miles on it .

The problem is that the car bought it in US and now is register in Canada .
what things should i look for ? or i have to hire somone to check the car ?
I"m afraid that the car is been on accident and we will not know anything about it since original purchased in US.

I"m in Vancouver , Canada .

thanks for any suggestion .

Look at the VIN and ask someone on these forums (or go buy it yourself) for a carfax report.

This works really well for cars in the US and it's also not a bad idea to get your own mechanic to take a look at it before purchasing it.

Good Luck and hope you get a great deal on it with such low mileage.

(Are you sure you don't mean 95,000 miles?)

edit: Also, if it seems way too good to be true, it more than likely is and defintely check for a salvage title.
